What this covers

This policy covers the shortkit.dev marketing website only — not our product or any customer data. If you are a shortkit customer, your data is governed by your service agreement.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site. This includes page views, clicks, time on page, and session recordings — video-like replays of how visitors navigate the site. PostHog collects your IP address and a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie.

We also use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, for aggregate traffic data. Umami does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

We use RB2B for sales and marketing research. Our data partners may use cookies and similar technologies to link website visits with information they hold about you, including your email address, to identify visitors.
